Hello everyone.
This topic will be different to the offical news topic and the speculation topic, as it will be completely focused on news regarding the upcoming games Sun and Moon and is actual evidence.  If you would like to discuss the features in more depth (small discussions are allowed here), please move the discussion over to the speculation topic.

alola regions have a lot of unique typing. i am also predicting alola flygon

Another Pokemon has been revealed. This Pokémon is called Namakobushi and is said to be able to send its insides out from its mouth and use as a fist. Nothing else has been said. However, here are some screenshots.

We have some potential leaks, and it looks like there's an Alolan Raichu.

"Yowashi is said to be called Wishawashi with the ability Schooling and Namakobushi is called Pyukumuk with the ability Innards out. There's also a new Pokémon called Morelull, a Grass/Fairy with Illuminate & Effect Spore and most importantly, Alola Form Raichu which is Electric/Psychic with the new Ability Surge Surfer"

raichu becoming electric/psychic seems cool. Tho the only psychic attack move raichu learns right now is heart stamp which is from an event .-.

We have a trailer, which shows some stuff on Team Skull and the new reveals. (The leaks were real).



I presume that they'll allow for new moves to be learned for the new forms.

we got some interesting pokemon n_n. Pyukumuk's ability innard out apparently does a lot of damage when your pokemon faints, it's prob like 50% of opponents max health or something.
the fish dude seems interesting, and it seems good too. It's able to do a tons of damage to magnezone when it's lower level and it tanked an electric type move from it too(was it electro ball?. so the giant fish form is probably decently bulky n_N.
Alola raichu's ability surge surfer doubles its speed under electric terrain. I do remeber a pokemon having Electric Surge which activates electric terrain when you send it out. So an electric terrain offense might actually work in lower tiers in competitive play. If they have stronger pokemon with these ability it might even work in OU.

Here's more news and a trailer. Thankyou to Serebii for the following information. "First, we saw a new Z-Move used by Pikachu which was Normal-type called Hyper Sprintangriff in German, translates to Hyper Sprint Attack. In addition to this, a world first reveal came which showed a new Pokémon, Turtonator, which is Fire/Dragon-type with the ability Shell Armor and a new move called Shell Trap which will cause the opponent to get hit by an explosion of damage if it hits Turtonator in the same turn."

makes no sense that turtonator is dragon tbh xD but fire/dragon is good. I imagine shell trap being somewhat counter+mirror coat. It might be extremely annoying to deal with.

There's a new Pokemon revealed, and more info. Thanks to Serebii for the following info.
"During the Opening Ceremony, a new Pokémon called Crabrawler was revealed. This is a Fighting-type Pokémon with the abilities Hyper Cutter and Iron Fist. It also revealed the names of the sandcastle Pokémon, Sandygast and Palossand with the new ability Water Compaction which boosts Defense by 2 when hit with a Water-type move, and Bewear's pre-evo, Stufful"

crabawler looks weird and it's not a water type for some reason but it's good cuz we don't need another water type crab XD. As for sandygast water compaction is an interesting ability but sandygast is weak to water so it can't take much water hits sadly ;;

"The Japanese magazine, V Jump, has posted some new footage that showcases a new part of Pokémon Sun & Moon, this is a special side quest where you find a load of Pyukumuku on the beach and are paid to throw them back into the ocean, calling back the description from the official site about this Pokémon."

"During today's Nintendo Direct, a brand new trailer was shown for Pokémon Sun & Moon. In this trailer, it reveals Alolan Rattata which is Dark/Normal-type with the abilities Gluttony & Hustle. There is also a special Munchlax distribution which comes with Snorlium Z, a special Snorlax Z Move, Pulverizing Pancake, until January 11th 2017. It also knows the moves Hold Back and Happy Hour. This also confirms that there will be species specific Z Moves
Japanese players will also get 12 Quick Balls if they download the game or a Snorlax GX card if they get the retail copy. There will also be a special 2DS bundle for Europe where the games come with a blue 2DS "

"This reveals the Ultra Beasts and a Pokémon called Type: Null, which is Normal-type with the ability Battle Armor
The next is Dragon type Jangmo-o with the abilities Bulletproof and Soundproof.
Alolan Raticate was also revealed. It too is Dark/Normal-type with the abilities Gluttony and Hustle
It also revealed that Sun & Moon are 12 hours apart with Moon being offset by 12 hours from Sun so if it's Daytime for Sun, it'll be night in Pokémon Moon, showing that Totems of Gumshoos and Alolan Raticate vary based on version.
The Japanese trailer also revealed what appears to be a new Pokémon, shown below
Next it also announces the Aether Foundation, led by Lusamine who run the Aether Paradise. Aether's Branch Chief is Faba and Wicke. They face against Team Skull, who also have an enforcer named Gladion
You also have to look for Zygarde Cells which get sucked into the cube. With the PokéFinder, you can also take photos of Pokémon."

"The name of the Pokémon Rockruff evolves into is Lugarugan and has a different appearance based on if it evolves in Day or in Night. It notes that Rockruff becomes the Day form when bathed in the rays of the sun and when full of the night's power, it becomes the Night form. No types or further details have been given
There are also two Ultra Beasts called UB02, UB02 Beauty and UB02 Expansion.
In the scan, it shows UB02 Expansion appearing in Pokémon Sun, facing off against Tapu Koko and UB02 Beauty facing off against Tapu Koko in Pokémon Moon.
It also states that UB01's name is a mystery but may have a deep meaning

Two new images have emerged regarding Rockruff's evolution, Lugarugan. They confirm that the Midday Form is available in Pokémon Sun and the Midnight Form is available in Pokémon Moon. Additionally, we now know that Midday Form has a move called AccelRock while Midnight Form gets the move Counter.

We have an English trailer for the new Ultra Beast UB-02, and both of its forms. Thanks to Serebii for the following information.

"There will be new information on September 20th at 22:00 JST, which is 14:00 BST, 09:00 EDT, 06:00 PDT
It's been confirmed that UB-02 Expansion's proboscis is stronger than diamonds and UB 02 Beauty is said to be fast enough to out run lightning
The US trailer has been released, along with confirmation of the English name for UB-02 Expansion: UB-02 Absorption. One will be in Sun and the other will be in Moon."

"The trailer showcases off customisation, which uses Festival Coins, and allows you to dye white items a new colour and the replacement for Pokémon Amie called Pokémon Refresh. This allows for you to do things such as remove Paralysis or Poison from your Pokémon
Next, it showed off unique Z Moves for Pikachu, which is CatastroPika, which does damage and Eevee's which is called Extreme Evoboost which summons all the evolutions which boosts all its stats by 2 stages
Next, it showed off a Pokémon from Pokémon Sun called Passimian which is Fighting-type with the ability Receiver which takes the partner's ability when a partner faints.
Next is one in Pokémon Moon called Oranguru which is Normal/Psychic with Inner Focus and Telepathy. It has a new move called Instruct which allows the targeted Pokémon to use its last move instantly
Rockruff's evo is Lycanroc, which is Rock-type with the abilities Keen Eye and Sand Rush in Midday Form and Rock in Midnight Form with Keen Eye and Vital Spirit
The official site promises new information on October 4th at 22:00 JST, which is 14:00 BST, 09:00 EDT, 06:00 PDT
Pokémon Green, Red, Blue & Yellow will get through Pokémon Bank via Poké Transporter. They won't be able to be sent to Generation VI games. Any Pokémon sent to a Gen VII game from a Gen VI game, will not be able to return to the Gen VI games. Pokémon Bank will also receive a special mode to view the Pokédex."

eevee's z move didn't show any new eevee's. So does that mean we are not getting a new eevee D:
And boosting all stage by 2 is freaking op. Good thing it's only for eevee.

Yes, definitely. I doubt Eevee is used competitively, so its Z-Move won't be abused. And they are creating all these new unique typings, but most of them are with normal. I'm still waiting for Fire/Electric.
